What is Overeaters Anonymous?
We are a fellowship of individuals who, through experience, strength, and hope are recovering from compulsive over eating. We apply the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous to abstain from compulsive eating behaviors. This website will serve as a resource guide to help you learn about our organization, and how to connect with those who are in and working towards freedom from food obsession.
